1 TMT Solution is not a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PPA). According to the Personal Data Protection Act, the user has the right to access his own personal data, which he has provided and which has become known to TMT Solution, as well as to correct this personal data. By placing an order on the website www.Estemarfa.ro for this product, users expressly agree that the personal data provided by them will be processed by TMT Solution electronically during the delivery of the ordered goods and, if necessary, for assistance from an employee of the company.
2 What is personal data:

The online service - ELECTRONIC STORE Provided to TMT Solution by Mirchev Ideas EOOD uses coding through secure methods on all web pages where personal information is collected.
When you post on social networks, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to provide in these instances.
12 All employees of TMT Solution are obliged to protect the confidentiality of your information, as well as to comply with the applicable organizational and technical measures for its protection. Access to your data is limited on the basis of necessity for the performance of their duties.

- you claim the right to data portability in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format;
- you claim the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, when there are legal grounds for doing so;
- you request the right to refuse the processing of your personal data for the purposes of receiving an electronic newsletter and other marketing communications, etc.;
- claim the right to appeal to the Personal Data Protection Commission if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated.
