Delivery

1 The Supplier delivers the goods ordered by the Customer to the address specified by the Customer. The Supplier can also deliver the goods ordered by the Customer to the office of the courier company, in case the Customer has chosen this delivery method. Delivery is automatically calculated upon completion of the order, as the value depends on the weight, value and volume of the product, including the amount charged as a cash on delivery fee by the courier company.

 

      2 The goods ordered and paid for are delivered to the territory of Romania within 3 to 7 working days from the moment of the order, and the delivery to some settlements that are not visited by couriers every day may be extended.

 

      3 In the event that the goods ordered by the Customer are not available, the Seller shall notify the Customer thereof within 7 working days after receipt of the order and refund the amount paid by the Customer within 14 days in the manner described in the General Terms and Conditions. The supplier is not responsible for running out of the quantities of a given product.

 

      4 In the event that more than 30 days have passed since the conclusion of the contract and the goods have not been delivered, the Customer demands from the Supplier that the delivery and handover of the goods be carried out within an additional period, depending on the circumstances. If the Supplier does not deliver and hand over the goods within this additional time limit, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and the Supplier refunds to the Customer all amounts paid.

 

      5 Orders that are sent to a courier company office will be held at the courier office for no more than seven days. After this period expires, the Supplier has the right to cancel the order by notifying the Customer within seven days.

 

      6 For orders made to an address, the goods are handed over to the Customer against a signature certifying that the goods have been received. Along with the ordered goods, the Customer also receives purchase and sale documents. The Supplier contacts the Customer by phone to specify the delivery, if it is impossible to deliver to the address specified by the customer, the agreement on how to deliver the shipment is between the Supplier and the Customer. TMT Solution LTD is not responsible after the shipment of the goods for changes regarding the delivery made by the Customer to the Supplier.
