Free Cloud Storage
The G4 offers cloud storage of up to 7 days without any hidden fees. Even in case the outdoor unit is tampered with, an up to 6 second clip preceding this event will be sent to the cloud**.
The outdoor unit can be powered by a 6-battery pack for up to 4 months of use.*** Alternatively, you can wire it to an AC/DC transformer and use the batteries as a back-up in case of power outage.
The chime repeater is equipped with a loud 95dB speaker so you won't miss any visitor. Moreover, it serves as a repeater for a more stable connection, and a USB-C port for flexible placement.
The camera has a 162-degree angle with a crisp 1080p sensor and infrared night vision. Face, loitering and tamper alerts will let you get more protection through notifications and pre-recorded messages.
Use a MicroSD card of up to 512GB for 24/7 recording. The MicroSD card is housed in the Chime Repeater so that it cannot be accessed or tampered with outdoors. Moreover, in the future the videos can be backed up automatically to an SMB NAS for free.
To protect privacy, the G4 is able to change your voice to one of the four options such as uncle, robot etc. Also, custom ringtones for both doorbell and chime repeater makes it flexible for automations.
